By accessing or using our assets or services, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Jeqo, an entity operating under the laws of California, and agree to comply with these terms of use. Please carefully review the terms outlined below before proceeding.
For the purposes of these terms of use:
All goods and services provided by Jeqo are digital content. Therefore, we operate under a strict no-refund policy. Once a purchase is made, it is considered final and non-refundable.
All goods and services offered by Jeqo come with a lifetime user license. This license grants the purchaser the right to use the Assets in videos, promotional content, and games.
Assets may be monetized; however, they cannot be directly sold.
In the case of Minecraft resource packs, Assets may be used but must be downloaded through the integrated Minecraft resource pack prompt feature, with appropriate security measures in place.
The Client may edit the Assets for personal use only, with all rights retained by Jeqo. Assets cannot be used for giveaways, software, or any public distribution where the Asset sources are obtainable.
Delivery times for commissioned artwork are discussed during the commission discussion duration. Adjustments to the delivery times may be made in cases of personal issues, hardware complications, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Jeqo retains ownership of all Assets upon transfer. The Client is granted a license to use the commissioned artwork for specified purposes as outlined in the License Agreement section.
Jeqo is not liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the use or inability to use the Assets. Clients agree to use the Assets at their own risk.
Support for our products and services is provided exclusively through Discord. To receive support, the Client must provide a valid license and relevant purchase details, including order number, order date, Client name, ordered items, and purchase method. Failure to provide valid information may result in the termination of communications and support services at the discretion of Jeqo.
Jeqo cannot be held responsible for any user-related issues, such as lost files, lost login credentials, computer resets, or platform/service bans. Additionally, Jeqo is not liable for any modifications made beyond the included Assets or discussed commission. We have no obligation to provide support for these issues.
Product or service pricing may fluctuate due to market conditions. Jeqo does not offer compensation for price changes. For long-term services, the agreed-upon rate is final, and compensation may be considered only if there is a decline in the global market.
Jeqo reserves the right to issue permanent takedowns or notices for any content or actions that infringe upon our legal terms, terms of use, or user license. A damage fee may be issued and collected at the usual service rate for each affected Asset, solely covering damages and not implying transfer of licenses or rights.
In the event of any dispute arising between Jeqo and a Client regarding commissioned artwork, the parties agree to engage in good faith negotiations to resolve the dispute. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably through negotiation, the parties agree to escalate the matter to mediation, facilitated by a recognized mediation provider such as the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or JAMS (Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services). If mediation is unsuccessful in resolving the dispute, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or the Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures of JAMS (Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services).
Jeqo reserves the right to modify or update these terms of use at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms of use on the Jeqo website. Clients are responsible for regularly reviewing the terms of use and acknowledging their acceptance of any modifications or updates.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
