No Refunds
All goods and services are digital. All purchases are final and non-refundable.
License Agreement
Assets come with a lifetime user license. You may use them in videos, promotional content, and games. Assets may be monetized but cannot be directly sold. Assets cannot be used in giveaways, software, or public distribution where sources are obtainable.
Delivery
Delivery times for commissioned work are agreed upon during the commission discussion. Adjustments may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Ownership
Jeqo retains ownership of all assets upon transfer. Clients receive a license for specified use only.
Liability
Jeqo is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use assets. Clients use assets at their own risk.
Support
Support is provided exclusively through Discord. A valid license and purchase details are required. Jeqo is not responsible for lost files, lost credentials, or platform bans.
Fraud Prevention
Jeqo reserves the right to issue takedowns for content infringing on our terms. A damage fee may apply per affected asset.
Disputes
Disputes escalate through negotiation → mediation (AAA/JAMS) → binding arbitration. Governed by California law.
Modifications
